Shipping
You have options for shipping, USPS, UPS, FedEx. Where we are located most items can be received within 2 to 3 days of shipping with Priority Mail with USPS. UPS and FedEx can take 3 to 5 day with ground services.
Most parts orders will ship same day. Same day service is cut off at 12pm as a general rule to follow. We try to package and ship everything as it is ordered.
Never count the day it is shipped as a shipping day. Shipping is often delayed so we can no longer count the day it goes out. Sorry not our rule.
Custom order(s) will NOT SHIP same day. These orders need to be designed, approved, printed, and then shipped. As long as the customer responses to the approval orders can be completed within 7 days.
Our shipping system does not generate a shipping label until your order has been paid in full and then marked as completed to be shipped.
We do not do overnight shipping.
Once your order ships your account will be updated and you will be notified. You will also get an email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking number please email heather@thesavagedesigns.biz with your order number. Heather will responded as soon as possible.
If your package doesn’t arrive please check the tracking number. UPS and FedEx now put a picture of the delivery on the tracking page. The post office will also have a record in their system as to where the package was delivered. If you still can’t find your package please call 724-8805416 and ask for Heather or email heather@thesavagedesign.biz
Please do not call and ask if you can get a “better” shipping rate. When checking out, those shipping rates are the best rates we can offer you at that time. If you would like to pick them up in person or at the track you can select that option. But that order still needs to be paid prior to pick up.
